Purging Objects with Links

Does anyone know of a way to prevent users from purging objects and modules that have outlinks (other than taking away their delete priviledges)?

It would be possible but you would have to mess with IBMs interface.

Normally, 'best practices' recommends deletions of links before deletion of objects. So, if you follow the 'best practices' conventions, the problem does not exist.
